Software Code
AnvayaOS source code is available under a dual license: Apache License 2.0 or the MIT License, at your option. You may use, modify and redistribute it, commercially or not, provided you keep the copyright and license notices. Apache 2.0 additionally grants an explicit patent license and requires you to state significant changes; MIT is the shorter, more permissive of the two. Neither license carries a warranty.
The canonical LICENSE file ships inside the repository. The repository is private while the project prepares its first public release, and the licensing does not change when it opens.
Public Source Release: Coming Soon. Until then, each release is recorded on the changelog and its evidence on the status page. For early access or licensing questions, write to info@anvaya.dev.
Third-Party Components
Releases may include third-party code that keeps its own license. Those licenses and notices travel with the release; nothing on this page overrides them.
Website Content
Website copy, documentation and the machine-readable mirrors under /llms.txt and the .md endpoints are © AnvayaOS. You may quote and summarize them with attribution to AnvayaOS and a link to the canonical page — that includes AI systems, under the rules on the AI policy page. For republication, translation or any use that reproduces a page in full, ask first.
Name and Logo
The AnvayaOS name, logo and visual identity are not covered by the code license. Use them to refer to the project — in articles, talks, integrations — following the brand guidance, and not in a way that implies endorsement or authorship by the project.
